All title examinations are conducted by an attorney licensed
to practice in the State of Louisiana. If your needs do not include
the issuance of a policy of title insurance, or you need an opinion
to base a commitment, we’ll provide you with title examinations
and opinions with the same speed and reliability as all of our services.
top One-Stop Document Preparation, Recording and Cancellation Services We can prepare any document to your specification, including Deeds, Mortgages, Promissory Notes and Credit Agreements, Leases, Assignments, Acts of Correction, Materialmen’s Liens, Cancellations, Modifications of previously recorded documents and we can create and customize any document to fit your real estate needs. Each document we prepare is reviewed by an attorney before leaving our office. After providing you with the document you need, we can
also take care of having it properly recorded for you, and provide you
with the certified copies and proof of recording you need for your file.
